And then there was blue sky...

and there was a girl that walked around outside with a huge smile on her face looking up in awe at this blue sky. And she smiled as she squinted into the sun. A sun that she hadn't seen for 3 months (same with the blue sky). And she smiled at not having to wear a jacket or gloves or hat or scarf or 3 pairs of socks. She smiled at the melting snow. She smiled at being able to open her apt window to let fresh air in. And she smiled and smiled and smiled.

The Blue Sky

The end. :)

That is a very good story. Hooray for blue sky and sunshine and warmth! I'm so glad you finally got to soak up some UV rays and open your windows and not freeze your toes off if they're exposed! :) The sun is shining here in Houghton today, too, and it's supposed to get above freezing, and I might be able to get outside and enjoy a little bit of blue sky and fresh air after work, before the sun goes down...Ah, to savor every possible moment of warmth, because who knows when the next ones will be?

Love you, Rach! MWAH!
